E.on was looking to expand their green Energy Trading product line. As a result, they required 3 highly skilled ETRM Business Analysts to support in this growth which we supplied within an 4 week period.
The Challenge
Strong ETRM BA’s are highly skilled individuals that operate in a niche market. The client would typically struggle for months to hire these types of individuals in an increasingly competitive jobs market at that. Not only did these individuals have to have the key technical skillset of ETRM operating systems, but also the a high level market knowledge and management of full project implementations.
