1st Line Support Engineer - Contract - 12 Months - £200pd Inside IR35

A Commodity Trading client of mine are looking for an 1st Line Support Engineer to join them ASAP to join the Infrastructure team. This would be an initial 12 month contract, with 3 days p/w in their London office and up to £200pd inside IR35.

The following skill set is required:

• Pickup tickets and progress to resolution or escalation and keep customers updated as to the progress of their issues.
• Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office 365, Maintenance & Configuration Windows OS 10/11
• User creation & Termination in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Bonus would be Citrix VDI Technologies and Service Desk Management tools (JIRA & Confluence)
